Yoaspire is a self-taught award-winning director, editor, and cinematographer. He has been creating videos and short films since the age of 11 and is most known for his unique editing and direction style. His latest short film Butterfly Effectwas the recipient of two Telly Awards for both Direction and Use of Music and also won Best Short Film at the Cranford Film Festival in Cranford, New Jersey. Yoaspire has aspirations of reaching the same level of success as his filmmaking idols Spike Lee and Jordan Peele, all while inspiring independent filmmakers across the globe in the process. He is also the founder and CEO of the film production company The Local Losers.
